Toasted rice krispies with clotted cream, white chocolate sauce and popping candy

Spring is in full flow. I should be stuffing my family full of fresh seasonal food. There should be asparagus and broad beans coming out of my kids’ ears. We should be munching crunchy delicate salads outside in the garden whilst a variety of recently sheltering or hibernating creatures frolic and stretch in the sun on our freshly mown lawn… Sod it I’m tired, let’s just eat Rice Krispies.
