Slice and bake leftover Christmas cake (of which there’s always plenty seeing as the last thing you want to eat after all that eating is a substance with roughly the equivalent density to the centre of a supermassive black hole) in a lowish oven until biscuity dry.
In the meantime mash up stilton with cream and sandwich together. Et voila cheesy cakey biscuits!
