Leftover Christmas cake stilton creams

How to have your cake, and your cheese and biscuits, and eat them. All at the same time.

Slice and bake leftover Christmas cake (of which there’s always plenty seeing as the last thing you want to eat after all that eating is a substance with roughly the equivalent density to the centre of a supermassive black hole) in a lowish oven until biscuity dry.

In the meantime mash up stilton with cream and sandwich together. Et voila cheesy cakey biscuits!
