I seem to be one of very few people left in the entire world who aren’t adverse to eating carbs and gluten in copious amounts. But freshly baked bread is something I’m willing to feel a bit bloaty for.
To be honest a really nice baguette only needs butter. Nothing beats butter. Cold salted butter on warm crusty bread. But here I tried some smashed avocado with chorizo, and melted beef dripping with stilton.
Butter woulda been better.
